Expect where FREE SHIPPING is included, delivery costs will be charged and included in the total cost of your order. Large and heavy items are shipped via common carrier. Unless stated otherwise, such shipments are made liftgate delivery. You will be responsible for moving the product delivered from the liftgate to your premises. VG Restaurant Equipment only offers FREE SHIPPING to the state of New Jersey.  We also ship to Connecticut, Pensylvania and New York but we don't offer free shipping to these states there will be shipping costs for these states.

Lift Gate Delivery

Locations that do not have a forklift or loading dock at the delivery site will need liftgate service for delivery. Liftgate service includes a specialized truck with a hydraulic lift to safely lower the merchandise from truck level down to street level. It’s the responsibility of the customer to bring the merchandise inside. If you need liftgate service. We do offer a lift gate service with a fee of $75. When requesting a Lift-Gate service please provide information about the product you are purchasing such as your name, email address, phone number, address of delivery, product name, price of the product and the SKU of the product. Using this information will help us match this request with your order and to confirm that you have placed an order. ***NOTE*** (The $75 Liftgate service fee is a separate transaction it's not included with the total of your product in the checkout.)
